My experience with Slotoro has been very disappointing.
My account was suddenly blocked without any proper explanation. When I tried logging in, it simply showed "User Blocked". I was not given any prior warning or clear reason.
I contacted support but didn’t get a proper resolution. This is very frustrating, especially when your money is involved.
Players deserve transparency and fair treatment. Blocking accounts without explanation destroys trust.

Wie hier viele beschrieben haben, ist es reine Abzocke. Zu Anfang gewinnst du mit wenigen Beiträgen etwas und dann kommt überhaupt nichts mehr. Die Verifizierung ist ein Witz, die anscheinend keiner schaffen soll. Finger weg!!!
Scammers! I made a €55 deposit through my bank, since the minimum withdrawal amount via bank transfer is €50. I wagered €5 and then decided to withdraw €50. However, they are not allowing me to withdraw my money.

They suddenly asked me to upload my verification documents again, but the website constantly showed an “error” message and it was impossible to complete the upload. I contacted support, and they told me to send the documents by email instead. I followed their instructions, sent everything they requested — and shortly after that, my account was simply blocked without any proper explanation.
What makes this even more suspicious is that Slotoro and Vulkan Vegas appear almost identical in design and structure, and even the support communication seems to come from the same team. After being blocked, I contacted Vulkan Vegas to complain about the scam-like casino they had promoted to me. Ironically, the same support team replied claiming they “knew nothing” and said Slotoro was supposedly a trustworthy casino, basically blaming me for the situation.
In my opinion, this behavior is extremely suspicious: everything works fine while you are losing money, but the moment you win and request a withdrawal, suddenly there are endless verification issues followed by account blocking.

Ich spiele jetzt seit Dezember 2025 auf dieser Plattform. Nun war es soweit, dass ich etwas gewonnen habe. KYC ist komplett erledigt.(Ein Kampf gewesen) 25.04.26 Auszahlung beantragt. 8.05.26 2x Überweisung angekommen. Egal wie hoch die gewonnene Summe ist, sie stückeln diese auf 2.500Euro. Somit wird laut AGB jede Woche ausgezahlt. Wer dort spielt sollte sich bewusst sein, sich nicht weiter verleiten zu lassen.
Support ist recht schnell und hilfsbereit. Mir würde es sehr gefallen, wenn die Auszahlungen blockiert werden um nicht damit weiter spielen zu können.

When I try to make a withdraw they reject my verification documents and after a lot of rejections they block my account worst experience in my life and a had never got that issue in my life
